Use of MagTag® Devices

MagTag® devices are intended for tracking personally owned property.
Tracking individuals without consent may violate privacy laws. You are responsible for ensuring your use of MagTag® complies with all applicable laws.

All text, images, graphics, software, and other content on the Site are owned by MagTag USA Inc or licensed to us. You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By using the Site, you acknowledge these policies form part of your agreement with us.

Product Performance Disclaimer

MagTag® products rely on Apple's Find My network. Performance may be influenced by:

Surroundings and environmental conditions
Interference from nearby devices or materials
Battery level and user maintenance
Proper setup and attachment

We do not guarantee recovery of lost or stolen items.

Anti-Stalking Features

MagTag® includes anti-stalking protections based on Apple’s system. No tracking system is perfect. Users must ensure lawful and responsible use.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MagTag USA Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits) arising from use of the Site or products.

These limitations do not restrict rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Safety Warning

Products may contain small parts and a button battery (CR2032).

Keep out of reach of children.
Ingestion of a button battery requires immediate medical attention.

7. Prohibited & Unlawful Uses

MagTag® devices must not be used for:

Tracking individuals without consent
Harassment, stalking, or surveillance
Illegal or unauthorized activities

Users are solely responsible for lawful use.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MagTag USA Inc and its employees against claims arising from:

Misuse of MagTag® products
Violation of these Terms
Illegal or unauthorized activities using our products

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MagTag USA Inc is registered.

10. Compliance With Laws

Users must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding tracking devices and privacy.
